Many Microsoft Office users do not have English as their first language or are not experts in the English language. Having done this, to change the ScreenTip Language click on the Office ‘File’ button, scroll down until you find ‘Options’, click on it, select the desired language and set ScreenTip Language to ‘Match Display Language’.
